Through this partnership, the two companies will combine their core technologies to enhance the effectiveness of automated water and sewage inspection solutions and jointly develop next-generation infrastructure management systems applicable to various public and private sector environments. Liberaware is recognized for its proprietary technologies in confined-space inspection and measurement, having developed and manufactured IBIS2, one of the world’s smallest indoor inspection drones. Meanwhile, Morphing-I specializes in AI-based robotics technology for defect detection inside pipelines, 3D data generation, and automated reporting. The collaboration is expected to generate strong technological synergy between the two companies. The MOU outlines joint marketing and promotional initiatives for the Korean and Japanese markets, mutual sharing of product and technology information, and co-development of inspection-related products and services. By integrating drone-based confined-space inspection technology with AI-powered data analysis and reporting solutions, the two companies aim to deliver more efficient and precise infrastructure management systems.
